Handschmeichler
A “Handschmeichler” is a unique German term for an object that is pleasant to touch and fits perfectly in the hand. This was a prototyping exercise from my first semester of product design. Initial forms were shaped by hand and used to create moulds for the final resin objects. The task also involved sawing the model open to carve out a small, hidden storage compartment.
